Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and equipped with good air conditioning, but there was an unpleasant smell that lingered. The service was absolutely outstanding, with incredibly helpful staff. The location had its pros and cons; while it was near a lively bar area, which wasn’t what I expected for relaxation, it was also close to some great dining options. Overall, it offered good value for money, but a few issues definitely stood out.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, and the value for what I paid was unbeatable. The location made it super easy to explore San Ignacio, especially for visiting the Maya ruins. However, the dining options weren't included, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend it!
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious and equipped with two air conditioning systems, which was fantastic, but the strong odor of cleaners made it somewhat uncomfortable for me. The staff were wonderful and provided outstanding service, which I truly appreciated. On the downside, the location was a bit quiet, and I felt it lacked some vibrancy. For the price of $42, I can't complain too much, especially with the amenities provided.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, where the rooms were exceptionally spacious and clean, making it a great fit for my family and our three dogs. The service provided was excellent, with the staff being very helpful and professional. However, the dining choices could use some improvement, and the location, while spacious, wasn't as close to town as I had hoped. Overall, it felt like a good value for the space and amenities offered.
I had a pretty good stay at this hotel, especially considering the price. The rooms were really clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the location had its ups and downs; while it was centrally located, there was constant loud music which was a bit annoying. Overall, it’s a solid choice for the value, but the noise factor kept it from being perfect.
